Is It Possible In Wordpress To Change The Post Order So New Posts Display At The Bottom (not Top) Of The Page?

In a Wordpress web blog, the default is to show new posts at the top of the page. I have 2 Announcement posts that I would like to always remain at the TOP of the page, but every time I make a new post it pushes my 2 Announcements to the bottom of the page and puts the new post at the top. Is there any way to change this? Or can you think of a different way to solve this problem?

there is a suggestion to use PHP to have a second page be “included” into the first page. the first page would have the announcements. If you know your PHP you could probably do this yourself. but im assuming that by posting here you can’t.
the wordpress forums would be a better place to post.. sorry i can’t help further..
