How Do I Install Wordpress On Godaddy Linux Hosting?

I want to install wordpress on Godaddy account. does anyone knows how to?.i am a dummy. i can only do simple html and upload simple website with FTP.
I already have wordpress downloaded and unzipped on my local machine.

If u are a ‘technical dummy’ i suggest u don’t try to install Wordpress using the zip file u downloaded from wordpress.org.
It can get rather complex…
my best advice to u now is to ask Godaddy support if they have fantastico enabled.

I do not think you can do this. You would require a VNC connection from Godaddy, and shell access, and even if you did you would need the Linux version for it, otherwise acces to Wine from the server.
