My favorite singer’s cd is coming out October 13 (David Archuleta’s Christmas CD) and some fans had sons ideas that I don’t think are legal. They wanted to go down to the city and have a few copies of the CD and have posters and stand on the side of the street and hand out copies to people. They also wanted to go down to a Target or wal mart and advertise there too. Is this legal? Adults are planning this out. Thanks!
