I know with most xbox consoles, you get three by simply creating an account, choosing the silver membership, then it asks you if you if you want gold for a month for free, but does the arcade have the same system?

I recently installed a free game trial on my computer. The trial is over now so I uninstalled the game. Even though I uninstalled the game, it still shows up on my computer. Is there a way to permanently remove the trial from my computer? The last thing I need is more junk files on my computer. Thanks for any help!
So far my favorite is Wild Tangent because you get to download the wild Tangent Orb which lets you have 2 free trials per games, and it lets you complete offers for more. The only thing i dont like is they update very slow on new games. Is the something like this but better?
